Shading and Colour
- The images shown on this site will vary slightly in colour definition depending on the settings and type of monitor.
- All natural materials vary in shade/colour and surface markings.
- Tiles can vary in shade from batch to batch.
- It is important you order sufficient for your project. We supply all your requirements including adhesives, grouts and sealers.
- Flexible adhesive must be used with porcelain tiles.
General
- Shade variation is a feature of ceramic tiles and we would advise customers to check shading BEFORE fixing.
- Tile Market cannot accept responsibility for delays in transportation which are out of our control and therefore we would also advise customers NOT to book a tiler until order is complete.
- Tile Market will accept full boxes of current shade tiles for return up to 28 days from supply of order, on presentation of a valid invoice.
- We cannot accept return of any adhesive or grout for refund.
- Returns are subject to a 15% handling charge.
- Tile Market staff will give every assistance to work out quantities required based in the measurements you supply, and cannot be held liable for any discrepancies.
- Tile Market do not tile nor do we employ any tilers. While you may on occasion provide a list of tilers, we cannot be held responsible for their actions as they are self employed.
- Tile Market is delighted to accept cheques as long as they are accompanied by a valid cheque card.
